
ABOUT Dr. enendu
Kaosoluchi Enendu, MD, MBA, is a Yale psychiatry resident with a passion for education, innovation, and minoritized trainee mental health. She founded the California state-funded academic thread LEAD-ABC (Leadership Education to Advance Diversity–African, Black and Caribbean) to train physicians committed to serving ABC communities locally, nationally, and abroad. As a leader in NAMCC (National Anti-Racism in Medicine Curriculum Coalition), she created a train-the-trainer course to equip facilitators with the tools to effectively teach anti-racism curricula in a variety of settings. Utilizing her expertise, she works as a consultant for institutions, organizations, and startups.
